Just I arived to Nelson
|

Just I arrived to Nelson today in the evening.I had a friend here who was belong to the same mountan club as I am when he was in Iran. Hossein Kouhestani is the person who I a person I supposed to meet there and I now just I am writing from his house. sop I will my story in Nelson in report after I leav ehere.
the south island is so beautiful and the roads are not busy as the north was and it is very scenic. th eweather is a little bit cold and I had a very strong fron wind which is from the south and a little bit cold.
I am so tired right now after a day cycling, heading for bed.

Wellington

I just arrived to Wellington today in the evening after 4 days of hard cycling, sleeping on the bushes under the rain without a sleeping bag and having some bloody cold nights. I am in a nice room now having a wonderful time here with Celie and her family.

Hot air balloon festival in Hamilton

On the last day of my stay in Hamilton and just when I was leaving I went to the lake to visit the hot air balloon festival which was amazing.
I am in Tautorua right now going to cycle ahead down to Wellington and my next stop probably would be Wellington. So I will be away from the Internet for a few days....

After one full day flight from Jakarta to Brunei and then Australia and then to Auckland I am in NZ right now. The weather here is just wonderful and I found plenty of nice friends very soon. Today I had my first ride in Auckland. I will write about it in the report.

Ooooops

I was going to fly to Auckland on Monday, 24 of March. I arrived on time at the airport for check-in but just one hour before the plane's departure, the airline asked me for my onward ticket from NZ to another country. I tried a lot to solve it but somehow it is the regulation in NZ and I was upset. There was no choice except coming back to Jakarta and waiting for the next flight which was on the early morning of 27 March. So I just bought a ticket from Auckland to Sydney and now I am going to fly within the next hour.
Yes, sometimes something like this happens but everything that happens is okay, I am happy with everything.

Finally going to leave Indonesia
|
|
Finally after a long time dealing with Australian embassy I got my visa. they denied my request for 2 times but I was not going to give up and finally I got it.
I will fly to Auckland on Monday 24th and began to cycle there.
by the way tomorrow is Persian new year and I am going to celebrat it in Jakarta with some Arian and some friends.

Just came back to Jakarta
|
|
I just arrived in Jakarta and directly I came to the Internet cafe to update my website which had a long silence because it was out of order.
Unfortunately the company who is supporting the host is not very responsible, but instead of them my web designer and supporter ( Jalal Sadeghi ) who is also one of my close friends worked hard to fix the problem. Thank you dear Jalal and hope someday I can contribute in some ways.
However I am in jakarta again and in the middle of nowhere. My passport is still with the Australian Embassy and still no news. Today is last day of my Indonesian visa and still no news about ship for NZ. I am stuck here and just hopeful to find a small window to squeeze and get out from Indonesia and follow my adventure. Just need your prayers right now.
Btw, the picture is not related with what I wrote. Just to let you know that I was so popular in Jogjakarta and Borobodur temple...hahahahaha

Jakarta ......
|

The days are passing one by anothr one and I am still waiting. I am waiting to see when I will realize and when I will flow again. I am happy here and I have a good time in Jakarta but the road is waiting for me as well.
Since I left Iran for second time, I decided to be not in hurry and travel more slower than the first year. I am not in rush anymore. there is no point to go and everywhere can be a destination. but I missed the road.
I am belong to the road.

I am still in Jakarta waiting for visa......
yesterday I had a diving tour in an island near Sumatra, it was my first dive wich was wonderful.
I think I should be here in Jakarta for next week( at least ). My Indonesian visa is running out and I have to extend it.
in last few days I had some workshops in schools which was great, I will write them in early future. as I wrote before, my laptop is completely out of order and I have to buy another one, so there is no more opportunaty to write my articles and upload my pictures.
ok my friends, just pray for me to get my visa soon and continue my journey...I missed it very much. nothing is comparible to the life which I had on the trip and I cant leave it. I have to continue and began as soon as possible.

Hi my friends
I am still alive staing in Jakarta waiting for the most difficult part of the road (visa application).
everything is fine except for some minor glitches-- my request for Australian visa was denied, my laptop hard drive is broken, my camera lenz is out of order, my all informations and pics are in my hard drive!!!! however I am enjoying beautiful life in Jakarta and having fun.
the website is working now and I will update it if I could get my datas from my hard drive.

Indonesian visa

Today I went to Indonesian embassy and I applied for its visa, so I will get my visa on friday and after that I have to try to get visa for Australia and it will take a time for some days and just after that I will cycle to Indonesia.
my plan for next few days is going to some schools and make a work shop for students about environment and trees and also show some pictures to them.

Going to leave Thailand

I am in Hat Tay which a city just 5km from the border of Malaysia and I will leave hear to Malaysia tomorrow.
after I left Bangkok, I went to Phi Phi island to do snorcling again and visit beauty of the island but it was a little bit bussy and crowded due to too many tourists.
however it was fine and I am happy to arrive to another country and a little bit sad to leave Thailand, people here are wonderful and so kind and friendly. hope there is a chance to come back again to Thailand and meet them again.

I lost my Laptop...no more picture

Today I went to computer shop and they informed me that I have lost my laptop and it wont work anymore, so I have faced with some difficulties to update the website and also sharing pictures there.
So for a period of time ( I dont know how long? dependence on the time that I can buy another one ) I wont be able to share pictures here and just I am sorry my friends.

Every thing is going wrong !!!

In last few days everything is going wrong , and I dont know what is going on? just last few days my bicycle stoped working and just now I have to use of strange speed to ride on the road and I have to push myself to move, 2 days ago my stove broke and from now I have to go to restaurant for morning coffee and last night my laptop, the most stupid friend of mine hanged and stopped accoumpany me,!!! it is strange, everything together happened. ok doesnt matter, I am sure something very nice is going to happen and all these happened to balance of energy. always when a huge amount of energy is coming, some small bad event happen, so I am happy and waiting to recieve the wonderful coming event.
By the way, I am in Vientiane right now and tomorrow I will peck up my parsel from post office and I will stay here one mor day to plant some trees and then I will cycle down to Bangkok.
I am in health and happy and everything is fine, just I dont like to leave this nice country with great peopel, however there is no choice, that I am belong to the road and always I have to go.... so lets GO

Leaving Vientiane
|

Finally after 8 days staying in Vientiane, yesterday I got my visa for Thailand and it seems that I get off from stuck, so today I am leaving here to Vang Vieng which is a city 150km north of Vientiane and I am going to stay there for 2 days and exploring some caves and flouting on the river and enjoying mountain after a long time. after that I will cycle down again to Vientiane and then all the way down to Bangkok. so I am going to move again, I feel I am alive and fresh again.....

I arrived to Vientian 2 days ago and just I ma looking to find a way to get my visa for China and Thailand as well. I am staying in a guest house which is good, I have an American friend here to share our time and life expiriances. He is an American born in Lao. Ek is a nice friend and I am happy to have some one to be with. in fact I have nothing to do here and just waiting for visa and plenty of time to visit Vientian. I have to mention that it is the first capital that I love it, so quit and no more polution, noise and traffic. I will write about Vientian and may be I go to the north to spend the time and se what will happen for my visa...
