vision
I am looking to find a way to send the message of "We Need Trees" as far as I can. This message is a symbol of our work but educating more people and increase the awareness about environment are what I am about to do. Education is a very important way to stop destroying the nature, and of course kids are making future. so educated kids will do much better than what we are doing now!!!!
mission
I want to give this message to you , all of you and all people of the world without considering their race , religion or nationality .
I am going to ask all the people of the world to keep the “ care for the
world and plant trees ” , because our life depends on the life of the trees .
To put it in action ,I am cycling around the world to pass the message of WE NEED TREES and in cities along the way I go to schools to make a workshop for kids and talk about trees. I talk about trees and their importance in our life and we discuss to find out what we indevidually can do for our planet to keep it clean.
Kids are making future and if they learn how to look after nature then we will have green earth and blue sky.
About my workshops in school
In the school we usually set a workshop with students ( age between 7 to the end of high school !). first I tell them about my journey a bit and after ward we discuss about our personal impact on environment. there re some materials like PPT, pictures, video which I use during the class.
At the end we wrap up with planting a tree all together to symbolize our action and make a physical contact with earth. we always use our hands to give dirt and soil to the tree and some part of our soul too, in return to receive from earth.
All my activities and visiting school is for free, just I will be happy if school provide the tree, otherwise I will bring it myself.

Cycling from Berlin to Warsaw

Nov
05

I stayed a day more in Berlin as I haven’t seen much from Berlin and also I just felt I need to stay one more day.
I slept almost at 2:30 am on Tuesday while I was planning to start cycling that day, so it was the reason I snoozed the alarm a couple of times, anyway it was raining and needs a lot of courage to sit on bike after 5 days. Finally I woke up at 9. While I had breakfast with Nassim I was asking her couple of times “ does it still raining?” but still it was !
No way…I should leave anyway today either it rains or not ! always it is the same while I look at something from outside, I see it hard or difficult and sometimes scary but I just need some courage to step in and as soon as I get into the situation I see it not that hard. I have some other point of view of this kind of situations. For me it means that nature is scaring me to see how strong I am or how determined, the nature does not allow weak people to enjoy and touch it

Cycling from Bielefeld to Berlin

Oct
30

I had 400km to ride to Berlin from Bielefeld. Not a challenging road which I could see on the map it should be almost flat all the way to Berlin.
I was planning to make it in 3 days which was quite hard in those short days but after I could just 110km in the first day I changed my mind and I became to the idea of doing it in 4 days.
I was planning to cycle to after Hanover but I couldn’t. it was quite hard to cycle in German roads as I had to follow all the time cycling paths. Of course it is absolutely safe and nice but for me who is not very familiar with roads and rules in Germany was quite hard as well as the cycling paths were going through the cities while the main road just skirts the city and they are much shorter.

Cycling to Bielefeld

Oct
27

I was in Aachen and I was planning to go to Bielefeld but not through Cologne. Just a day before I left Aachen I received an email from Ladan who is one of my friends from home.  She wrote me that she will be in Cologne on October 15 which was the nest day!!! So my next destination was already decided.
But I was going to stay in Cologne for 2 days and I needed a host or someone who put me up for 2-3 nights. So I just wrote some requests to some warmshower members and I mentioned which I need a place to stay for tomorrow night which was a very late request. Anyway I just got several answers in 2 hours and 2 positive responses and also another one wrote which she is not able to host but in any case if I couldn’t find a place I can stay in her camper van.
I was confused that with which one I could stay as I had no idea about them just a few lines in their profile.
I was talking to Moses and I asked him “ hey Moses, Peter or Britta?

Netherlands....starting point

Oct
15

After I arrived to Amsterdam Human was waiting for me in the airport. I knew Human since I was around 17-18. We used to go for cycling together but after he moved to Netherlands I had no idea where he is what he is doing till last few years that we found each other again through internet in Hospitality club.
It was amazingly nice feeling to have him again in my friends list and since over we were in touch and I should honestly say that he did more to keep our friendship. I am grateful for all his kindness.
And now after such a long time we could meet again but Amsterdam this time.
First time in Europe, it was nice feeling and I actually started from the bicycle land. After we get out of the train in station I saw a huge number of bicycle and cyclist!! I actually got nerves.

Planting tree in Den Haag

Oct
11

When I was in Iran just a week before departure I received 2 guests from Netherlands who I met the a year before in Azerbaijan.
Fatma Bulaz and her brother.  She already knew about my project because we had done it in Azerbaijan where she was working as a volunteer.
She managed 2 schools here in Den Haag for tree planting.
First we went to visit Our World School ( Onze Wereld in Dautch ). Narin who was the teacher kindly managed everything and we had a wonderful workshop.
There was a Power Point to present and some discussion about trees which kids loved it ( I hope so !).
At last we planted a tree all together.  An apple tree which was donated by the principle of school.
I should also be grateful for Fatma Aktas who came as a member of UPF ( universal peace federation ) to join our workshop

Another vacation finished and I am back to the road!!

Oct
10

I was at home since I left Tajikistan in August 2011.
after I went back home I was trying to find some people, united them and make a kind of NGO for our work. It took me few months but honestly I should say all the efforts failed. Unfortunately I was not able to make things organized and I should admit which I am not a team leader. To organize a team the very first thing I should do is to be available but it was hard for me to stay somewhere for so long !!! I am a nomad!!! I felt I need to move myself and the others were busy with their job and of course they have things to do themselves in a very messy society of Iran with all crises that we are facing with.
It was winter and I began to cycle in desert toward south and after almost 2 months I got an offer for a job. It was a nice one and I also could make some money to do my responsibilities against my family.
The job also took me few months and I finished around June. The other contract were on the corner and my colleagues asked me to stay longer to do those projects

Yazd...where I could learn how to trust more

گزارش فارسی رو در انتهای متن انگلیسی مطالعه نمائید
I was almost done in Isfahan and now it was time to visit Yazd.
Since I was going to cross desert I knew that I cant cycle to both of them and I had to ignore one of them. I had so many nice friends in Isfahan and also if I would go toward Isfahan then I could go through Iran’s central desert also and I could visit more places in desert but I would also miss Yazd.
so I decided to visit Isfahan first and then go to Yazd by car and continue cycling from Yazd.
I didn’t have any contacts in Yazd and I was trying to find someone to accommodate me while I am in Yazd but I didn’t succeed.
I was a  bit worry and it was stupidity to be worried after all those experiences I had. Always everything happens exactly the way I need at the moment but still sometimes I feel worry…honestly I feel ashamed after I see how they happens. I am a human and I keep chance for myself to make mistake because I am learning, so I am not worry about the mistakes I make. Just I should learn to do not make them again.

I have been in Iran quite a long time. I am here to develop the WNT Association in Iran which takes lots of time and energy. But it definitally is needed to spend this time here to have the Association working.
To be honest it is not easy for me to stay somewhere longer than a month and is getting super hard but in the other hand I have no choice. Just need to be patient and concentrate on this work.
Hopefully I can manage it sooner to be free again and continue my journey. I am also looking for a publisher to publish my book.
